A warning about all vote lists: legislative history is full of people switching their votes at the last minute, as Sean Trende and Jane Hamsher remind us. Not everyone is as firm one way or another as Rep. Dan Boren, who said, “They can break my arms. They can do whatever they want to. They'll never get my vote — ever. They'll have to walk across my dead body if they want my vote on this issue.”
